It has been some time since I’ve written on here loves, and for this I apologise but I have been a busy man.

Last summer I went over to Galway, on the west coast of Ireland for three months to record a brand new record. I had an amazing summer living in one of the most magical places on earth and making the record with some very talented Galway based friends of mine Willow Sea ( Production) Pa Reidy ( Guest Vocals and Guitar) Tracy Bruen ( backing vocals) and Niamh O’ Connor on Cello. The EP was finished in September last year and mastered just before Christmas.  Since then I have been busy behind the scenes booking tour dates, getting PR in place, and getting ready for the release this spring, and as ever, playing live regularly as I can’t seem to stay away from the stage, even when I tell myself I shall take a break. it never really happens.

So anyways I am super excited to announce the new EP “Songs in the Key of Sea; The Galway Bay EP” will be out worldwide on 6th April 2018. The lead single from this little collection is “Augustine” which will drop as a digital single a week before on 30th March. Also, a video has been filmed this week down in Brighton UK  (where I am residing again for a while) directed by the brilliant Will Ranieri and the video will also drop in the weeks leading up to the EP release.

Also, I’m really happy to announce that I’ll be doing an extensive EU tour throughout 2018 ( and probably into the first part of 2019 as well) In addition to the smattering of UK south coast gigs I’ve played in the first couple of months of this year including the awesome B Right On Festival

I shall be kicking off an Irish leg of the tour with the fantastic dREA on 6th April at The Workman’s Club Dublin. A full list of Spring and summer shows are below so come catch me if you can. There are more to be added soon as well as some other exciting news to follow.

I can’t wait for you all to hear the new record and hope you love it as much as I loved making it.
