…my Italian tour was a success. So much so, that I will be going back there next year when my new (as yet untitled) record is out.

I played some lovely intimate shows, met some lovely people, and drank and ate myself stupid.  There’s definitely more of me around the waist right now than I would like but it was well worth it. Video Footage from the tour is currently being edited and will be on line shortly.

My wonderings abroad have inspired me greatly, and I am in the process of booking some shows in Berlin for September. Obviously I will let you know when these are confirmed so watch this space….I am so excited at the prospect of playing in Berlin that I fear I may pee all over my shoes.

Since returning from Italy last month I have been a busy lad. We are about half way through the recording of the new album and so far its sounding great (even if I do say so myself). Once things are mixed and mastered to my satisfaction I will be streaming snippets on line.,,

Also I have been busy playing the odd gig in old London town (thanks to all who came along to my show at the Workshop in Shoreditch last week- I had an awesome time and it was so lovely to see so many familiar faces in the crowd), and doing guest vocals for a couple of very talented friends of mine.

At the end of May I joined the wonderfully talented Paul Diello on stage to duet with him on a cover of Tori Amos’ “Hey Jupiter” as part of his Brighton Fringe Festival. He is a brilliant musician and a generally a incredibly nice bloke, who’s talents have to be seen or heard to be believed. Check him out at:

Also last week I teamed up with Teresa Disken for a gig at the Troubadour to lend my vocals to her self penned duet “Ravens and Butterflies”. Check her out at:

So yeah, all together I’ve been keeping busy and out of trouble, and I am excited to see what wonders the summer will bring.

Until next time…
